If it weren't for holiday family traditions, we might not have Anna's Cookies today. Back in the 1920s in Sweden, Anna Karlsson baked ginger cookies every Christmas, using a recipe handed down by her mother. Anna shared the cookies with neighbors, and the cookies soon became so popular that Anna and her sister started baking them year round. In 1929, they opened a small bakery in Stockholm. Now, nearly a century later, we're bringing you Anna's traditional Swedish cookies, along with some innovative new flavors from Anna's bakers.
